This website was created to serve you.  It was created for the purpose of providing real estate professionals information on all recorded sales activity.  Not just what appears in MLS or LACBD, but every FSBO and any other recorded transaction.  I want your clients to think you are the best real estate professional they ever known, will ever know, and that you should be on TV because you know what is selling and how much it is selling for.

This is a database program that will put an address or street name to every transaction we find.  It we get it wrong, please let me know.  I hate bad data.  We will also place the sale on a map so you can see where it is. The sales data will be searchable by subdivision, address, street name, seller, buyer, and by map.

We will also classify the data by general types and specific types.  Examples of a general type are residential, commercial, industrial, and other more specialized general uses.  Examples of specific uses include house, townhome, and condominium unit.  The classification is an attempt to help you find what you are looking for fast.

You will be able to send your client selected sales information.  It will be presented on a Google map and they can see where the sales are and use street view to see the property.  You also can use the automated feature that will send sales information to former clients.  What is the purpose of that feature?  It is to build a referral program.  Referrals are the life blood of most businesses.  Use this feature and watch your business opportunities grow with time.

By keeping your clients, past, present, and pending, informed with sales information.  It is an automated system that works while you are asleep, while working with someone else, while you are at lunch, brushing your teeth, and even on Fridays when everyone left the office.

More features are coming.  This initial phase is just the beginning.  We have a lot more data, articles, and training videos.  The training videos are to help inform new agents and your customers.  They will range in topics from flood plain status and what that means to a homeowner to controlling price expectations.
